C-A-L Ranch Stores

Customer service is crap. Frankly I'm very irritated as I am trying to purchase a gun from them and it's been over 2 weeks to get my background check done. First, they forgot to even submit my background check for almost an entire week. THEN when I call and/or stop by, which I've done every day starting a week after they actually remembered to submit my background check, they tell me they have to call DPS and they get put on hold and then have to hang up when there is a customer. I'm sorry but you can't tell me they are that busy every 5 minutes that they can stay on the phone to get this done. In addition there are 2 people who work back there! I'm rather irritated and I will not be making anymore firearms purchases from them ever again. Update: Both the Manager Aaron and the assistant manager were very diligent on fixing his situation. They were able to get a hold of DPS within a couple of hours and get everything pushed through so that I can finalize my purchase. Extremely happy with the (both) managers prompt solution! I would be happy to work with them again!

I can’t say enough great things about Bill Bryant, the store’s CCW instructor. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. I recently completed my CCW renewal with Mr. Bryant, and he was able to get me scheduled and certified quickly and efficiently. Every time I visit this CAL Ranch location, I have an outstanding experience. Bill consistently goes above and beyond, and the entire CAL Ranch staff continues to provide exceptional customer service. Thank you again, Bill, for all that you do, and thank you to the rest of the team for making this the best store in the company.

We absolutely make this a must-stop when traveling through. We usually make our Bi-Monthly trips here and I tell you this is an absolute gem for our family. They carry many assortments of tools and all the needs for our garden and yard. Not to mention all the fun items that can be purchased in the home goods area. We especially enjoy purchasing the clothes and the variety that is offered is incredible. The Western Wear we absolutely love and the savings that we find here are incredible in comparison to other Western Wear companies. The employees are fun, upbeat, very knowledgeable. The store is kept in very clean, impeccable condition. What a pleasure it is to always come here and know they carry exactly what we need. They offer so much more than people usually know, but I suggest if you're looking to stop in, this is the place you want to visit. Have fun, enjoy and take your time because this is a place that will definitely pique your interest!

I had the privilege of experiencing Cal Ranch for the first time today and I must say, they truly exceeded my expectations, leaving an indelible mark that will keep me coming back. Having visited similar stores like Tractor Supply, I was blown away by the exceptional service, particularly from their manager, Aaron, and assistant manager, Barbara, who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I was on a mission to find the perfect toolbox for my husband, but was unsure of what I needed, and the staff were incredibly helpful without being pushy. As a bonus, I scored an amazing deal on snow boots for my kids. I'm eager to return and continue exploring the wonders of Cal Ranch. UPDATE: went back to Cal Ranch to purchase the toolbox I was eyeing. There were 2 really nice young guys. Brandon & Mario that assisted me with getting that huge thing in my truck. They were very careful, did not hesitate to assist me. Handled my purchase carefully and we're careful with my truck. Cal Ranch you have gained a fan. Thank you
